Welcome to our FAQ, we are so happy to have you here and as a client. We have tried to answer the most common questions. But if you have any further questions about the store and brand, don't hesitate to contact us.
Choose your style, upload your photo and place your order. Within 24 hours (usually within 3 hours) you’ll receive a personal mockup by email. You can request up to 3 revisions (like crop/zoom, background tone or composition). Once you Approve the design, we print/frame your piece and ship it with tracking.
No. Processing begins immediately after upload, so cancellations aren’t possible. All edits must be requested before approval in the revision step. After approval, no design changes can be made.
Yes - before approval. Include your request in the Revision instructions (e.g., “Please add ‘Milo’ bottom‑center” or “Softer green background”). We don’t add names or change backgrounds after approval.

Adjustments like crop/zoom, background tone, color balance changes, composition changes and adding a name.
- Sharp, well‑lit (daylight), full face visible.
- No heavy filters or portrait‑mode blur.
- Higher resolution helps (min. ~1500 px on the longest side; 2–5 MB ideal).
But even when the quality isn't perfect, we will get your artwork just right.
Yes. This is no problem.
Often yes. Upload what you have (plus any extras). We’ll let you know if it’s too low‑quality.
What products do you offer?
- Canvas — stretched, matte finish. Thick or slim.
- Framed Canvas — canvas + wooden frame, ready to hang.
- Metal Framed Poster — museum‑quality poster with metal frame.

Yes, framed products arrive ready to hang.
We print color‑accurately, but small variations can occur due to screen settings and print processes.
How long will it take?
- Proof: the quality gets automatically checked after you approve the design and have made your payment.
- Production + shipping NL: typically 2–4 business days in total. We start production directly after the quality is approved.
Netherlands: free above €175. Below that, the live rate shows at checkout.
EU & International: rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
You’ll see the available options at checkout - including local methods like iDEAL and Bancontact, Klarna, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and fast wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

In the checkout field “Discount code / Gift card.”
Yes. You’ll receive a digital gift card via email with a unique code (you can forward it to the recipient). It has no expiry date and can be used on any product at checkout.

Enter the code in “Discount or gift card” at checkout. Any remaining balance stays on the card.
Yes. Many customers use PetGallery portraits as a gentle way to honour a pet that has passed away. If you’re not sure about colours or style, a gift card lets the recipient choose what feels right for them, in their own time.
Each portrait is made to order (custom), so returns aren’t possible in normal cases.
That’s why we include a detailed mockup + 3 small revisions—please review carefully before approval.
Email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging. If it’s a transit or production issue, we’ll reprint at no cost.
Contact us immediately. If already shipped, the carrier may be able to help; any extra costs are the customer’s responsibility.
